ISTH-BAT DocumentationPRI User’s Manual – This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the Phenotype Recording Instrument (PRI), as well as our data representation and query tools. Limited User’s Manual for Evaluation of the PRI – Investigators who are interested in using our tools but have not joined the ISTH-BATR can test some of our tools by using the procedures delineated in this document. Bleeding History Questionnaire – This document is the questionnaire used by the ISTH-BAT PRI in Word document form. Phenotyping System Development Guide – This document provides an overview of the rationale behind the Phenotyping System, as well as a guide to the methods used to build the system. Bleeding History Ontology – The Bleeding History Ontology (BHO) is a data definition tool underlying many BHPS applications. Standard Operating Procedures for Investigators Using the ISTH-BATR – This document details the standard operating procedures for joining the ISTH-BATR. ISTH-BATR Agreement Letter – Investigators who use the BHPS to collect their data may not wish to share their data with the ISTH-BATR community. In this case, investigators do not have access to the aggregate database. Investigators are asked to submit this letter on an annual basis. | |||
