Welcome to the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis Bleeding Assessment Tool (ISTH-BAT), supported by the Rockefeller University Center for Clinical and Translational Science. The ISTH-BAT is dedicated to the collection, curation, analysis, and dissemination of data about bleeding phenotypes. It is backed by a Bleeding History Ontology (BHO), which encodes information about all bleeding symptoms in an electronic format that facilitates standardization and analysis. You are encouraged to review the ontology, which was developed by the Rockefeller University Bleeding History Phenotyping Team, which is posted on the National Center for Biomedical Ontology (NCBO) website , and make recommendations for additions or modifications.
